The through-line across this work isn't a single industry — it's a type of problem. I get brought in when something complex needs to ship: enterprise platforms with multiple user types, multi-year operational software, healthcare experiences built for mass-market audiences, AI systems with real evaluation rigor.
Six engagements across travel, security, enterprise software, B2B distribution, healthcare, and AI. Different domains. Same kind of work.
Twenty-five engagements in total since 2015 — the six above account for seven of them (Securitas spans two phases). The other eighteen are below, chronologically.
Three user types, one platform: admins who distribute Wi-Fi products to airlines, airline operators who configure the passenger experience, and passengers who just want to connect at 35,000 feet. I led design across all three surfaces, then transitioned into delivery management and owned the engagement through first release — 2,830 hours over four phases.
A multi-year engagement in three phases: in-field research with officers and supervisors at live client sites, delivery management overseeing two production apps and one greenfield build (38 people), then an AI innovation program — three spikes, two approved for pilot, including a RAG-based field assistant and a risk analysis system.
Eight designers. Four hundred developers. Design had no seat at the table. I diagnosed the process gap, built a framework for embedding human-centered design into planning cycles, shipped three products to production, and built the design system from scratch — timed to a transition from Windows desktop to cloud.
Three distinct product surfaces — customer-facing, vendor-facing, and an internal associate layer — on a single Amazon-scale platform. I led the vendor experience design team and ran governance for the design system spanning all three surfaces. Forty-plus designers work under it.
A national primary care, dental, and vision network launched across a store footprint. I led the patient-facing experience — onboarding, appointment scheduling, and cost transparency, the hardest part: healthcare pricing is opaque, and clarity was a trust requirement. Presented directly to the client's Head of Design.
A 48-hour rapid innovation sprint to prototype a multi-agent voice system for confirming pending reservations. I worked as AI strategist: defined the problem, designed the evaluation framework, wrote the orchestrator prompt, and facilitated the final demo. Working POC demonstrated live at the end of the sprint.
Retail eCommerce, fintech, government, gaming, industrial operations, cannabis compliance, utilities, maternal health, healthcare, AI. The orange-accented rows are the six above — click through to the full case study. Everything else is here to show the range and the throughline.
No pitch. No deck. Just a conversation about your problem and whether I can help.
